Our first month of school will includ the following:
Science: We will br doing a unit on plants. We are excited to be teaming up with the sixth grade class and Mr. Kraut. Look for exciting things coming home that have to do with plants.
Geography: The first month is an introduction to geography, a review of map skills, and geographic terms.
Language Arts: We are working on parts of a sentence, sentence fragments, and subject/predicates.
Writing: Expository writing.
History: Early exploration through the Revoulutionary War.
Math: Course 2: Integers and Order of Operations
Please check and sign you child's planner every evening. This is the main communication for middle school. The students are required to write down their daily assignments. I will sign the agendas every day in class. If you need to drop me a note, you can do so through the agenda or email.
